POPS is a Personalised Online Prescription Service (POPS) that allows you to request your regular prescriptions through an app and having just the prescription, or also the medication, delivered straight to your door, Australia wide. Without the need to visit a doctor’s clinic, or even a pharmacy (or even getting out of your seat!).

* POPS needs an active Wi-Fi or cellular data connection


HOW IT WORKS:

STEP 1: REGISTER
Its a quick sign-up process so we can verify you and your needs. Dont worry, youll only ever need to do this once.

STEP 2: ORDER
Select the medication(s) you require.
Answer a few eligibility questions for our doctors to review.
Select the service to which you prefer – prescription only or prescription plus the medication.

You can even elect to leave repeat prescriptions with us for easy future medication refills and deliveries (double Hoorah!)

STEP 3: DELIVERY
Select your preferred delivery method.
Courier delivery – for those who require their medications within a few hours (currently available for Sydney CBD only)
Australia Post Express Delivery (next working day delivery for serviced metropolitan areas, 2-3 working days otherwise)
Faxed to your preferred pharmacy for you to pick up at your convenience

STEP 4: BE IN CONTROL
Our team will notify you of your order’s progress at each step, so there’s no second guessing.
